KETTLEBELL BOXING is a private boxing and kettle bell school with  located in Venice, CA.  We use Russian kettle bells as the basis for our strength and conditioning programs and focus on precision techniques in regards to boxing skills. We offer small group classes and private training.

BOXING PROGRAMS


In these six week training groups we use kettle bells for the conditioning component with boxing proficiency being the goal. These training sessions focus on technical footwork, evasive movement and counter punching strategies.   Heavy bag work, focus mitts, partner drills and sparring are all integrated into the workout. These groups are designed for folks who want to get in shape while learning practical application in the sport of boxing.   We train as a group 3x/week for six weeks with each workout building  upon the last.  That is a total of 18 practices.   So, you will have the same training partners for every workout.  This consistency allows us to build each workout upon the last, and advance individuals in an efficient manner.

 

 


B CUBED=BOXING, BELLS & BODYWEIGHT 

This program, known as B cubed, is a combination of boxing, kettle bells, and bodyweight exercise.  This program provides a fun, challenging workout to any fitness from beginner to pro.   You will improve your fitness level and get in shape while learning skills in kettle bells, boxing techniques, and bodyweight exercises in a fun group setting.

PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Do you prefer to train one on one? .  Whether your goals are weight loss, lean muscle gains or technical boxing proficiency, we can help. PRIVATE KETTLE BELL SEMINAR

 

Do you have kettle bells at your gym, but do not know how to properly use them?  Come see us! We will show how to safely use the bells and build your own workouts.  You will learn a variety of single and double bell techniques that you will be able to do during your workouts at home or at your gym.  This is done in one, two or three session packages, depending on the depth of info. desired. You can even bring a friend to split the cost with.
